Wellington Regional Medical Center is seeking a full-time Internal Medicine Academic Faculty Hospitalist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching residents in a hospitalist role and will be responsible for providing clinical care and supervising residents in an inpatient setting. This position offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical care and resident supervision in an inpatient environment.
  • Design and implement educational programs for internal medicine residents.
  • Participate in academic activities, such as lectures, rounds, and case discussions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation for patient encounters and educational activities.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certification in Internal Medicine.
  • Experience teaching residents in a hospitalist role (required).
  • Active, unrestricted Florida medical license in good standing.
  • Strong clinical, communication, and teaching skills.
  • Commitment to academic excellence and medical education.
