Seeking Adult / Family Nurse Practitioner with Multispecialty Group in Riverside CA (Spanish Speaking Preferred)

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Full-Time Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner to join our well-established outpatient practice at Riverside Medical Clinic in Riverside CA. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment with strong administrative support and a focus on preventative care and chronic disease management.  The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical care to a diverse patient population, focusing on prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of various health conditions.

Quick Facts

• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Schedule / Hours: Monday Through Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm (36 clinical hours per week)
• Call: Telephonic N/A
• Patient Volume: 18 – 22 patients daily
• Location: Riverside CA (Brockton clinic location)
• Practice Setting: Multi-specialty
• Support / Care Team: Dedicated MA or LVN Support
• EMR / Technology: EPIC

Responsibilities

• Provide Outpatient Primary Care services to a diverse patient population, focusing on prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of various health conditions.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and support staff
• Manage day-to-day clinical responsibilities
• Document care using EPIC EMR

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $120k – 150k annually (productivity incentives/bonus eligible)

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate degree from and accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Board Certified as an Adult-Gerontology or Family Nurse Practitioner
• Bilingual Spanish / English preferred
• Active or eligible California license
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Commitment to culturally competent, patient-centered care
