Opportunity Details

Laredo Physician Group and Doctors Hospital of Laredo (a UHS facility) seek a talented Orthopedic Surgeon to join our team. Doctors Hospital is a 180-bed facility with over 160 medical staff members, designated as a Level III Trauma Center with 18,000+ annual ED visits. Services include Emergency Medicine, Surgery, Women's Health, and Cardiology (designated Chest Pain Center).  

Qualifications

  • MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school
  • Completion of accredited orthopedic surgery residency
  • Board Certification/Board Eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery
  • Texas medical license or ability to obtain
  • Experience in general orthopedics (joint replacement, sports medicine, trauma)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
