We are seeking a full-time Interventional Cardiologist to join Laredo Physicians Group and Doctors Hospital of Laredo in Laredo, Texas. This hospital-employed opportunity is part of an established, high-volume cardiovascular program with shared call coverage and competitive compensation, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional interventional cardiac care within a collaborative team supported by Universal Health Services in a state-of-the-art facility.

• Practice Setting: 183-bed acute care facility with advanced cardiac catheterization lab and cutting-edge cardiovascular technology
• Support / Care Team: Established cardiovascular program working alongside experienced cardiologists, APPs, and support staff
• EMR / Technology: Cerner EMR with state-of-the-art cardiac imaging and interventional equipment

Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive interventional cardiology services to a diverse border community patient population
• Collaborate with cardiologists, APPs, and support staff to optimize patient outcomes
• Manage day-to-day interventional procedures and patient care with a coordinated, high-quality approach
• Document care using the Cerner EMR system
• Participate in shared call rotation with the cardiology team

Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Cardiology
• Active Texas medical license or ability to obtain Texas licensure
• Spanish language skills not required
