We are seeking a full-time Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join a large outpatient primary care practice in the McAllen/Edinburg, Texas area. This role offers a competitive compensation package including base salary plus wRVU incentives, along with flexible scheduling options such as 4-day workweeks with 10-hour shifts. You will be able to focus on delivering essential primary care services while working alongside a collaborative care team within a multispecialty group of over 100 providers.

Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse outpatient population
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and support staff
• Manage day-to-day clinical responsibilities
• Document care using the group’s EMR system

Qualifications
• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active or eligible Texas medical license
• Experience and Spanish language skills are a plus
