The Sage Neuroscience Specialists are seeking a Nurse Practitioner for a fulfilling role with autonomy, strong support, and work‑life balance. Position Highlights
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Schedule/Hours: Monday through Friday, 8-hr shifts
- Call: None
- Patient Volume: About 9-11 patients daily (varies)
- Practice Setting: One clinic with 1 Physician and 2 APRNs
- Support/Care Team: MAs
- Technology: AdvancedMD
Responsibilities
- Provide care for outpatient neurology patients
- Collaborate with physicians, other APPs, and support staff
- Manage day-to-day clinical responsibilities
- Procedures include botox injections, skin biopsies, VNS programming (practice will provide training)
- Document care using AdvancedMD HER
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Compensation: Between $130K-$165K salary range (based on experience)

Qualifications
- Board Eligible/Board Certified NP (Board Certification required upon time of start)
- Active or ability to obtain an unrestricted Nevada medical license
- New graduates and experienced NPs are encouraged to apply
