A highly regarded, established multispecialty surgical practice in Wellington, Florida is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible General Surgeon with a strong focus in Breast Surgery to join its growing team.

The incoming surgeon will join an established surgical practice with experienced clinical and administrative infrastructure, strong referral relationships, and a collaborative physician environment.

Candidate Profile

Qualified candidates should:

1. Be Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery
2. Have a strong interest and demonstrated experience in Breast Surgery
3. Be eligible for an unrestricted Florida medical license
4. Demonstrate excellent clinical judgment and surgical skills
5. Have a strong commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
6. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
7. Be comfortable managing benign and malignant breast disease
8. Be interested in developing referral relationships and growing a successful surgical practice
9. Value collaboration, professionalism, and long-term practice development

Breast surgery experience is strongly preferred. Fellowship training in breast surgical oncology is welcomed but not required for the right candidate.
